Anxing Port AGVs Complete New Batch Delivery, Running Reliably in Hot and Humid Conditions
A new batch of Anxing unmanned port vehicles has entered terminal service, maintaining stable operation in the heat, humidity and dust of a working port.
A new batch of port automated guided vehicles (AGVs) independently developed by Wuhu Anxing Times Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. has been delivered and has entered horizontal transport service at the terminal. It is another series deployment of the company's port logistics equipment at an eastern China coastal port.
Ports are a classic heavy-load, high-frequency, round-the-clock application, placing extreme demands on chassis reliability. The Anxing port AGV features systematic protection against high temperature, high humidity and salt spray, with key electronic components rated for the environment; the vehicles have maintained stable performance throughout continuous operation trials.
Supported by an annual chassis manufacturing capacity of 500 units, the port AGV is produced as a series and on a shared platform, allowing different payload platforms and navigation schemes to be specified for actual terminal conditions and shortening project delivery times.
The customer reports smooth operation since commissioning and straightforward integration with the dispatch system, which has eased pressure on horizontal transport capacity. Anxing's service team will continue to monitor equipment status and provide full-lifecycle support.
Anxing will continue to focus on ports, mining and fire-rescue applications, supporting customers' intelligent upgrading with dependable chassis.
