Media Visit to the Wuhu Manufacturing Base: Inside the Flexible Special-Chassis Line
Industry media toured Anxing's Wuhu plant, following a special chassis from frame welding and sub-assembly through to roll-off, and seeing the flexibility of the line first-hand.
A group of industry media were invited to Anxing's Wuhu manufacturing base to tour the complete production process for special chassis, from frame welding and key sub-assembly to final inspection, along a flexible line covering multiple product families and models.
In the welding shop, robotic stations form critical frame sections with precision; in sub-assembly and inspection, axle installation, braking, hydraulic and electronic control systems are assembled and tested item by item so that every chassis meets delivery standards.
The flexible line supports mixed-model production of personnel carriers from 2 to 19 seats together with various special-purpose chassis. Combined with an annual capacity of 500 units, it responds flexibly to both batch orders and custom requirements.
Visiting media noted that, from product range to manufacturing system, Anxing demonstrates the differentiated competitiveness of special chassis: small batches, many variants and fast response.
